Operations Engineer (Power Systems)
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Carry out tasks related to the electricity grid of a European region and specifically, the creation of grid models, security analysis, inter-zonal capacity calculations, adequacy forecasts and outage coordination, by following daily processes and using provided tools
- Communication with the Transmission System Operators of the region and other Regional Coordination Centres in Europe
- All communications (written or verbal) within and outside of the company will be in the English language
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Power Systems analysis
- Experience in similar topics and specifically in power systems operations would be desirable, but not essential
- A postgraduate degree will be preferred
- Fluency in the English language
- Team player and trustworthy
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (365)
What we offer:
- Competitive remuneration package. The salary range is between 23-30k Euros (gross, per annum), depending on experience

- The work will be carried out in shifts as the company will operate 365 days/24 hours
