KOSTT and OST join SEleNe CC's operational processes.

SEleNe CC is pleased to announce an important milestone in the integration of KOSTT and OST into the regional coordination framework. As of 4 August 2026, both Transmission System Operators have successfully entered the SEleNe CC Production environment, officially becoming active participants in the operational processes of SEleNe CC.

Their transition into the operational environment follows an extensive period of preparation and close cooperation between the teams of SEleNe CC, KOSTT and OST. The integration process included technical preparation, operational readiness activities, training, testing and parallel runs, ensuring that the necessary requirements were in place for their successful participation in SEleNe CC's operational processes.

The integration of KOSTT and OST represents an important development for regional coordination in Southeast Europe. With both TSOs now actively participating in SEleNe CC's operational processes, regional cooperation is further strengthened, supporting more coordinated system operation, and contributing to enhanced security and resilience across the interconnected electricity network.

This milestone also reflects the continued progress of the regional integration of Western Balkan TSOs and SEleNe CC's commitment to supporting closer operational and technical cooperation across the region.
